What sizes do you print?

Our sizes correspond to the standard paper sizes:

Small - A4 - 210x297mm

Medium - A3 - 297x420mm

Large - A2 - 420x594mm

XLarge - A1 - 594x841mm

XXLarge - A0 - 841x1189mm

Your image will be printed so that it best fits into these standard sizes.

What are the different paper types?

All our papers are archival - meaning they will last a long time.  Non-archival papers fade within a year or two.

260 Photographic Lustre - this is our recommendation for photos.

Fine Art Paper 240g - this textured matte paper is our finest paper and offers the best reproduction for oil paintings, watercolours and the vintage prints.

Canvas (archival) - this is a high quality canvas and is our recommendation for printing your own artwork or reproducing anything that was originally painted on canvas.  If you order a print on canvas it will be sent to you rolled up in a tube (for canvas on a frame you must select - Canvas on Stretcher Frame).

Canvas on Stretcher Frame - if you select this then you get your art printed on canvas and stretched over a frame - ready to hang.

Block Mounted Print with Black Edges - your print is pasted onto a board that has the edges painted black - ready to hang.

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay by EFT directly to us - either to our Standard Bank or FNB accounts.

We also accept Credit Card Payments through the Payfast gateway.

Payfast also accept a host of other payment options including Bitcoin.

What is the pricing for the various stretched canvas sizes?

Prices are from R339 for an A4 to R1469 for an A0.

Pricing is always shown - if you select a different size then the price will change etc.

All our canvases have mirrored edges.

How long does it take to get my print or framed print?

We like to dispatch our prints no more than 3 working days from receipt of the order and payment. Our custom framed images take 10 working days to make. Custom framing is a lengthy process and each frame is custom made by hand.

If you use our courier service the delivery to major centres is the next day.

For other areas it usually takes 2 days for delivery.

So you will have your prints in 4 to 5 days - your framed prints in 12 working days from receipt of payment.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are shown during the Checkout phase - before you commit to ordering.

Delivery is free on orders over R2000.

For other deliveries the cost is related to your location and the weight of the parcel.

Major centres refer to the main city centres in South Africa.
Regional areas refer to outlying areas of cities and major towns.

All other areas are remote areas.

What are your lead times?

Lead time on prints is 3 days.

Lead time on custom framed art is 10 working days - all frames are hand made and it takes quite a lot of work!
